I went to the Sprint store to upgrade my Samsung 7 to an 8 and add a line. Blake was the 1st to help me and he was so kind and patient with me. I had to call the 800 # as they were not able to help me with my upgrade in the store. Blake helped me along every step of the way. I appreciated this very much. The 800 # was not helpful, so the Manager of the store stepped in and talked to me and the 800# lady. Will, the manager of this location was able to help soooooo much. I am not as tech savy as I used to be. I just can't say enough about the good customer service Will and Blake gave me. They were polite, kind, thorough, and patient. I am very appreciative of both of these young men. I left the story very pleased and thoroughly satisfied.
