  • The sign outside says Shorty's Sandwich. This confused me and caused me to do a u-turn at 40th street and enter unsure if this was the right place. It was. Service was friendly and quick. Ambiance is very basic almost hospital style. I paid $32 for 4 sandwiches, 3 bags of chips and 3 drinks. I thought that was a little high. How much does it cost to make sandwiches at home?! The bread is good. The amount of meat on the sandwich is good. A sandwich that doesn't list cheese (Roast Beef & Avocado) did indeed come with cheese so I had to pick it off. Avocado was good. They have fresh brewed iced tea so that is a plus!
