  • After driving and walking by for years, finally stopped into the stand alone Philosophy store on Ray Rd. (after purchasing one of their products I picked up at Beauty Brands) and WOW, customer service from the Mgr. was AMAZING and exceeded my expectations. Leslie, asked what I was looking for, what I had been using, and listened vs. just trying to "sell me something." When I was in they took time to do the Canfield imaging camera scan of my face, and instead of selling me what I thought I needed, they showed me my face like I hadn't seen it before! They were kind enough to let me know there was a flash sale (30% off) the next day (vs. having me pay 100% that day), and held the product for me for the sale to start. Leslie also gave me a step by step "cheat sheet" for my morning and evening for the 1). cleanse; 2). peel; 3). treat, and LOVE the results! Sign up for their promotions, since they have flash sales where you will get emails to save you $, plus you get free gifts too - gotta love that, right! They will take orders and payments over the phone, have it packaged and ready for you to pu at your leisure. They value you as a customer, and personally I don't see that every day! Have switched my daughter and husband over to Philosophy products as well, and LOVE the results!
