My daughter has been a patient of this office for a while now and I, myself must say the front desk staff are outrageously inappropriate in handling customer care. Ms. Esmeralda or Esme needs to take AA classes "attitude adjustment". 1 week ago today she caught herself getting nasty over the phone, while today in person she's awesome at shaking her head and snapping at patrons "IM JUST LETTING YOU KNOW"
You are definitely the epitome of lack of professionalism. Maybe you should be replace or removed from the front position because I'm pretty sure, I'm not the only person who has dealt with your insulting position more than once.
Now, consider you gave 50% of your clients attitude. It's more than likely that your clients woke continue to invest their money in you. Sorry heifer! I'm a customer service professional, I take pride in making sure each and every one of my clients are happy and satisfied. They always come back. As far as bringing my daughter back, it WONT HAPPEN!
