  • Only received one star because i couldn't do none. I sure wish I had read reviews before scheduling this company. I scheduled them on the $59 for four rooms coupon. They came in and quoted $400. Mind you, my house is a total of 1300 sq feet. and they were only doing two bedrooms and the front room. No furniture needed to be moved because I had already did it for them. They go into their sales pitch, then calls the "manager" who tries to sell me. I continue to refuse to any upgrades and he hangs up on me. When I asked the technician if he just hung up on me, he told me it must be the signal. They then very quickly run something over the carpets in less than 8 minutes. obviously water as there was No change at all to my carpets. I paid the $60, told him to get out. I then called to complain and was left on "infinite hold". PLEASE DON'T USE THEM!! What a waste of money that being a single mom I didn't have. I never write reviews and signed up here today just for this company, so that tells you how badly this affected me. UPDATE-Just scheduled with a more well known company and they were very familiar with Desert Carpet Cleaning and said they have heard these same stories numerous times. I've already made an online complaint with the BBB and I have left a message for the advertising mailer. Not sure if that will do any good, but felt they should at least know who they are promoting.
