  • I've been here hundreds of times since it opened, and the non-pizza side is really going down hill!! Had my old fav, the croque madame, and as shown in the pic... thinnest bread that's not called a wrap I've ever seen. The pickle was thicker!! My friend got a very dry tuna sandwich (how could a tuna sandwich be dry?!) The apples in it still had their stickers on... hoping they were at least washed!! I wouldn't have posted this if the manager on shift this morning didn't brush it off and say casually that she would remake, if needed. If I was managing, I'd apologize profusely... comp the meals, and remake them to a satisfactory level. Guess we define customer service differently!!
