  • I had horrible experience. I know they're new and all, but it's no excuse when you leave your guest sitting there for an hour without checking up on them and then they had to go talk to the manager to figure out that their order was "lost." Seriously? That's ridiculous! They weren't even that busy when we were there. We ended up leaving on empty stomachs and it was a complete waste of time. First experience at Black Bear Diner and I'm NEVER coming back! Do yourself a favor and stay away!
