I finally received a call from a supervisor Ashley who first apologized and offered me a refund of my $99 delivery fee since they keep pushing it off. She couldn't explain the lack of customer service or why nobody bothered to explain anything to me but she assured me she would personally track the order. She also offered a $75 gift card. She however failed to mention when or how I would get the refund and gift card. So we will see. Not holding my breath. I also emailed their social media website as they indicated the matter would be looked into.
