  • Let's be honest. The comments above are old and generous. This has to be one of the slowest Chase Banks I have visited. One banker working in the whole bank...for real!?! You have to be kidding me. First it took someone 10 minutes to be recognized. Then when a lady was called to attention instead of helping she leaves to find someone to help us. Again...for real... I can't with the lack of timeky customer service at this branch.
