  • Wow.... So brand new owner/management and COMPLETELY disdaining experience!! We booked a 2 queen bed room AND checked in early... Only to arrive and be welcomed into a 2 double bed room that is SUPER tiny!! The worst part is the lack of customer service when we called the lobby to let them know about the situation! They said we could PAY to be upgraded... That was their solution. So we went down to Paris! Got a great price for an even bigger and better room! Needless to say... This place was MUCH better prior to the new management... And WAY more fun (they had blackjack dealers that dressed up/performed as famous entertainers). So sad.
