I'm at a little loss from the owner response.
First, if I had a fiancee, my wife would be very upset. ;)
Second, I thought my review was honest. If you can't use constructive criticism to improve and instead need to dismiss what people say, perhaps you need to reflect a little longer.
Lastly, it sounds as though you are concerned that I'm not the only one that had a less then stellar experience. I'm not sure who you are inferring I am, but I have no outside contact with your employees.
If you wanted to discuss this, the professional thing to do would have been to contact me privately (even a Yelp message); but based on the past and your present course of action, professionalism is still not in the playbook at your establishment.
