  • Quality, quality, quality and a team that knows their stuff well. Try their Queen Elizabeth Cake (Ask for Jeanette at the Bakery) she'll take good care of you. The Long-timers in their team seem to be the most friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, unlike some of the younger staff where I experienced a bit of snootiness and attitude. And if you are looking for some exotic plants and flowers, visit their flower shop. The guy there seems to know his Botany well....or is he a Botanist? He knows his flowers and plants and will make very sensible recommendations. Ever seen a carnivorous Pitcher Plant or a Venus Fly Trap plant? They have some on sale there. Their new store at Kennedy X 16the Ave is beautiful right from the parking lot onwards and is loaded with gourmet goodies.
