Only went here because we have a rabbit. The rabbit seemed to have a skin infection, so that was the reason for our visit. We arrived 10 minutes before our appointment. The front desk staff were nice. Thats where the positive things ended. We got in the back room 10 min after our appt, which was fine. The tech didn't seem to know how to handle the rabbit because he almost jumped off the table. He tells us the vet has 2 rooms before us. 30 min after our appt the vet comes in and he does apologize for the wait. We get the rabbit on the table and he is handling him just fine. He asked about his food and if he's kept inside or outside. It's inside. The vet says he must take him in the back to remove hair to look at him better. Now we left his hair this way so the vet could see what was happening. When he comes back no more than 10 min, he says he doesn't know the cause, but will give us 2 meds. We have several questions, and we did ask some, but we had the feeling of being rushed. We wait a little more and a different person comes back with 3 meds. So over an hour later, we get our $190 bill! We were quoted $56 over the phone. To remove a piece of hair near his chin was around $45! Are you kidding me? We will not be back! We felt rushed once we finally saw the vet and then were way over charged. Please be aware of your bill! So disappointed.
