The woman employee at the customer service center was so unhelpful. There was no one in line and I walked up to load money on my card with my groceries in hand. The employee was helping a coworker with his monopoly game. We stood there 5 minutes before she even acknowledged us and then another 15 minutes to actually help us. I have worked customer service over a decade and am very well aware that talking to your coworker about monopoly is less important than the line of people at the customer service center. Another person finally came up to help me. I would have asked for a manager, but needed to get my melting food home.
