At first I was really wowed by this place. Everyone there is beyond nice and there are tons of materials to choose from. Though as time goes on, we found there were several speed bumps along the way. Every time we'd pick out a cabinet, it would be submitted and then we'd have to start all over again. This happened I think 3-4 times. Maybe doesn't sound like a huge deal, but it kinda is when you live on the other side of town and have to make a day of it. It also doesn't help that there's ONE person that could process our order..which again shouldn't be a big deal, but this person just so happened to have two vacations during this process. We all deserve vacation, I have no problem with that, but maybe they should cross train their employees so the cabinet world doesn't stop when one person is gone! Another hiccup....When our contractor went to pick up our tile, it was missing! Apparently another contractor took it.. Doesn't sound very organized. We were also told all along that we could get a smaller piece of quartz instead of getting an entire slab. My husband continuously inquired about the price and availability only to be put on the back burner..When it came down to the end of the project and needing the stone, we were then let down and told it couldn't be done and we'd now have to get the whole slab. The tile we selected for the bottom of our shower has changed in color quite a bit. We've had a professional tile cleaner out to look at it, but it's just the way the tile is. We hate it now, but are so tired of construction we're just going to deal with it for now. I really am not sure shopping here saves money compared to big box stores.
