When I was a kid my parents would take me to the stadium to watch the Calgary Cannons play. A lot of the feelings that I get when I watch when watching a Vipers game surface out of nostalgia. It's good, clean family fun. It's really close to the Ctrain and the parking is free. I love it when the sun is out in full force and I can really soak in some rays while enjoying an afternoon or evening of baseball. If you want real bang for your buck wait until a game has been cancelled due to rain - it's usually followed the next day with a double header. The food isn't exactly amazing so I suggest you eat before you see a game unless you're really Jonesing for a hotdog or burger. I recommend getting upper bowl tickets and then moving into lower bowl if the seats aren't taken, which is pretty much a given due to low attendance. Don't forget to bring a pocket full of change for the home run bucket!
