  • This is now the third time we've been here to file our taxes. The first visit was fine although we did feel like we were being rushed even though we had an appointment and they didn't see us on time. The second time was terrible. We gave them a week to finish our taxes, was told it was ready to be signed and filed. We showed up to our appointment ON TIME and we sat there for ONE HOUR waiting for them to figure out how to work the printer. We didn't get to sign or file our taxes that day. BUT they did collect our money for their services. Today is the third visit and two minutes before our scheduled appointment, we get a call from our tax preparer saying that he'll be 20 minutes late. He actually showed up 30 minutes late. I had to give one star because even though they dropped the ball from the second visit, the first visit was good.
