  • We love living here. The apartments are modern and seem to be well constructed. Our unit faces the light rail and while it can be heard in the unit, it isn't enough to disrupt sleep (and I'm a light, grumpy sleeper). The staff is extremely friendly and helpful - Jamie, Chelsea, Jessica and Amanda - and go above and beyond in helping to solve any issues that may arise. If I have any complaints it would be that the building seems a little separated from the rest of Southend due to the back pathway along the light rail not connecting to anything on either side, and the lack of a crosswalk over the tracks. Obviously this isn't Camden's issue, but a need by the city.
