  • I went to this location for dental work. I was hoping for a better experience after having the same dentist for over30 yrs (he retired). I had been here for a cleaning before and that went ok. After having x-rays done, I was told that I needed a filling or maybe a root canal. Anyway, i hesitated because this was a new dentist and he was only 2 yrs out of dental school at Case. He did the drilling and said that a filling was needed, no root canal; so, he left the room and another young woman came in to complete the filling. This was a terrible experience. She took nearly 1.5 hrs and had me pull my mouth open as far as I could and pushed (due to the drilling) my body into the chair. Now it's /months later and I have jaw pain. My General doctor said it's due to having to open my mouth wide for an overly extended period. It still hurts. I would not go back to this dentist or his assistant. Inexperienced.
