  • Got a ride home from the airport. A half hour after I got home I realized that my phone slipped out of my pocket while I was in the cab and it was on silent, so there was no way the driver would know it was there. I called the dispatcher and they had a manager call me back. He was very helpful, but unfortunately I paid cash which makes it nearly impossible to find out who my driver was. He took note of as much info as possible and attempted to contact the drivers working at the airport. In the meantime I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Google can locate lost phones. It was still near the airport and I called the manager back right away. He told me that location was the taxi staging lot and so I headed that way. While I was on my way the manager dispatched a supervisor who checked all the cabs and found my phone. By the time I made it to the lot the supervisor was waiting for me along with the driver. The driver verified that the phone was mine by asking me where he dropped me off at and I was on my way. Great service and honest people! Thank you Mayflower cab Co!
