  • We did not take it upon ourselves. We followed everything this corrupt company instructed us to do. Instead of making it the tenants responsibility, a reputable company would have done all the calls and not left it upon the tenant. They are just using this as an excuse to keep our money, so that they don't have to pay it out of their pockets. Again, they left us in high temperatures and offered no assistance over the weekend. We kept them informed every step of the way. Misleading, phoney and conniving is what they are. They pretend to be so nice and sweet over the phone. Find a reputable company to rent from. Otherwise watch out, they will steal from you too!!!
