  • They quoted us a shampoo cleaning for 39.99. Once they arrived, the asian technician spent more time trying to up-sell me than trying to clean my carpets. He said i would only get a steam clean for 39.99, not shampoo. He said the steam clean would clean the floors. The steam clean did not clean my floors. He literally spent 3 minutes cleaning all the carpets in my 1 bedroom apartment. After it was done the floors were still dirty and now it smells. He spent more time talking to me than cleaning the floors. He didnt remove any stains, i just have a wet floor now. Horrible company!
