  • Just got my pedicure done and I left the salon not pleased at all. I have never had someone so rough do a pedicure on me. I asked the lady that was doing my pedicure to take a little bit of dead skin off, but she took it to a whole other level. From her extensive scraping, at one point I thought I will not have any skin left. I got home and still feel a burning sensation at the bottom of my feet from all her scraping. On top of that, the applied nail polish looks very messy. Also, the customer service is horrible. They are very rude and not friendly at all. She did not say a word nor did she acknowledge me at all. It's unfortunate because this salon use to be a great place when it first opened up a few years ago, but it has clearly gone downhill. I will definitely NOT be coming back!
