Customer service at the store when you're buying is phenomenal. Customer service when you're returning is a pain in the butt! No one told us of a restocking fee (the sales person forgot to "stamp" the receipt about it). When I had the worst nights sleep on my "pillow top" mattress, they said I had to wait 30 days or I have to pay $120 restocking fee and if I wanted that waived I would have to talk to my original sales person who was on vacation for 5 days. I asked for the store manager, well that was my original sales person and he won't be available until Saturday (this was Monday morning).
Really annoying. Couldn't stand the bed so paid the fee.
Btw, when they tell you a 4 hour delivery window, it's actually 5 hours. The delivery on Sunday was "1-5" but didn't get there until 6 pm. Now it's supposed to be picked up today 10-2. They're still not here to pick it up!! They called and said it'll be another 20 minutes. (3:00 pm)
I would never recommend this company to anyone buying a bed.
