expensive for a one bedroom. no assigned covered parking. tenants park in any covered and it's annoying. Mgmt issues one sticker for each unit but they still park in covered area...POOLS are NOT heated!!! they charge $50 per month for wood floors (it's laminate); $50 per month if u want upstairs unit; $30 per month if you want pool side location; the sinks are horrible to clean it's like deep box. the walls are paper thin!!! you can hear your upstairs neighbors and next door neighbors. from closing kitchen cabinets, reasonably talking, bathroom noise...at first unit looks nice brand new and quiet...NOT!!! they told us no dogs under 30 pounds...I see 50+ pounds dogs walking and pit bulls... we moved out and they charged me $100 to paint (now they tell us that's standard cost) & $150 drywall repair which we have some picture holes (20 picture holes). maintenance noted "holes"... so they assume big holes...we wanted to cover it up/patch tiny holes which we do in previous rentals but maintenance said "don't worry we will fix it so it's done right, but they omitted the fact they will charge you $150...which I am disputing...the "so called"...refundable deposit" is basically a lie...perhaps be honest with your tenants and tell them cleaning/repairing standard fee of $200 fee means no refund. very upsetting and very misleading and I took the word of the maintenance guy who is looking to make the company $ and not trying to help out a tenant. lesson learned... keep watchful eyes and really be sure you want to throw away $ on a place that's mediocre. you can rent better & cheaper elsewhere. let's be fair...the plus side was nice clubhouse, free 15 massages 2 times a week, free yoga classes, nice business center
