| - UPDATE 8/15: It's been almost a month, still no answer. However, I've been receiving a ton of marketing emails telling me about their AMAZING specials and how their inventory has grown. Yeah, nice to know but no thank you!
I've been coming to Findlay Honda since 2013 to have my Accords and my old Acura serviced. Their service has always been great every time I've went. Until this last visit.
One of their porters have zero respect for your car. My car has recently been hit by a truck and had a Mustang back into it a couple weeks ago, so it's safe to say I'm extremely protective about my car. I was walking with a friend through the lot and saw one of the porters get into my car to take it to the back. He was driving towards us and then peeled around the corner while revving the shit out of my engine. Once I got home, I reviewed the dash cam footage, and come to find out this same porter was driving recklessly in the back lot almost colliding with another car.
I told my service advisor about it, and he told me that he would let his boss know about it. So far, the only contact I've received from the dealership was emails saying they appreciate my business and that they are trying to receive the "Presidents Award" or something like that and that I should contact them if there were any problems or issues during my visit.
I sent both the service director and the other person emails, and still no reply. By the way, this happened almost two weeks ago and emails were sent about a week ago.
If you care about how other people treat your car, take my advice. Install a dash cam and avoid this service department. I will be taking my business to Autonation Honda, where they have always treated me and my car with respect.
