rev:text	We arrived really late so we didn't inspect the room like we had wished we had. The reviews noted the hotel had recently been remodeled and had new beds and nice mattresses. I could not sleep despite being tired from traveling. The mattress was horrible. At 7:15 I finally got up because my back was throbbing no matter how much I tossed and turned. I itched all night from their rough sheets. Believe me I checked for bugs!! That's why I gave them at least a one! Lol. We went to check out the "complimentary breakfast" and of course it was not as they advertised online. It was FREE because no one would ever pay for that yuck. (Canned fruit at best, cold cereal, scrambled egg beaters?, English muffin, sausage. It definitely did not have any sausage gravy and biscuits and no signs that they had run out! Needless to say we went to Bob Evans. Thank heavens that was nearby. Our boys were starving! The hotel is quite run down but appeared to have some newer paint in the bathroom where they attempted to cover up MOLD. However they missed a spot! See the picture I posted that is a pic of MOLD above the shower in RM 329. I showed the front desk lady and she said, "Thanks I'll let them know." Needless to say we cancelled our reservation for tonight and went to Comfort Suites off Lincoln Ave. where we usually stay when we visit. It was a breath of fresh air. (They were booked last night or we would have stayed there!) We have stayed at Country Inn suites in Georgia and they had nice clean rooms with comfortable mattresses and a great complimentary breakfast. I don't know how corporate hasn't shut the one in Champaign down. Perhaps they need to have an "undercover boss" moment!
