  • I lived at the Equestrian Apartments for 3 years. Overall it was a good experience. My apartment was quiet, although the birds can be loud. I am told they are taking care of this problem. My appliances all worked well and if there was a problem the maintenance team was quick to respond. Most of my issues were addressed within a day or two. The office people were very nice and responsive as well. I lived in building 800 where most of my neighbors had lived there as long or just as long as me. I will actually miss my neighbors. The only reason I did not give the Equestrian five stars is because my apartment was not very well insulated. My front room was always cold in the winter and hot in the summer no matter how much I ran my air. I am told this apartment is being remodeled, so hopefully they will address this. You can't beat the location of the Equestrian.
