  • I ended up moving away from this gym shortly after I joined. I went in and cancelled my membership a little over a month ago. When I cancelled they forced me to pay for another month, which is ridiculous. Now a month later they've charged me again. When I called, the girl I spoke to said I would have to come in with a statement showing the charge in order to get a refund. That is awful. Because of their mistake, I have to go out of my way to fix it?! Even though over the phone she said oh yeah, I see your cancellation form in our system. This place is dishonest and will steal your money, so be sure to check your bank statements if you ever cancel. They probably hope you just won't notice.
