it was totally my mistake I booked Grand cannon bus with this company. I actually paid cash for helicopter tour on December 16 but the helicopter had been cancelled due to the weather. Since now, I haven't gotten any check from this GREAT!!! company. yah hilarious. I mean I called here like more than 7times, it was hard to track how my refund was processing and the staffs kept saying that they were going to leave a message to manager but for not even single time, I didn't get a call from this company.
One time, I called here and one of the employees was really unkind and disrespectful yelling at me since I gave her wrong reference number for my helicopter . she shouted at me saying "I can't find your reference number who did you book with" so I said "I don't really know. how am I going to remember... you know it has been almost a month". she was still angry and I could little bit feel that I was being discriminated. she shouldn't be yelling at customers. what a poor service. this was actually my first time to see such a person who shouted or yelled at customers.
P.S I finally talked to a mananger and she said they sent out the check on January 1st... what is that? they send out the check after 2 weeks from December 16th. Such a great company and worst experience in U.S. Please find other company to book your bus , don't be attracted to low price. low price means a shitty service that is what this company taught me.
P.S it has been now two weeks... the company told me that they sent out the check on January 1st but I'm not getting any check or email from the company.. I don't know why. I double checked my address and everything but I'm thinking this company won't even care about all refunds. It just seems to me that the company might delay the process of refunding so customers forget about refunds. (January,13th,2017) what a company. I had to leave here soon but since I didn't get the check yet, I can't go back to Korea or book a flight. what a wasting my time for just waiting a check....:)
p.s now I got a check finally! it took a month to get a check thx guys. they sent out the check eventually on January, 5th lol. The company even lies to customer. great
I'm not really one of those who write a comment but the experience with you guys really made me to do so. it was actually my first time to write such a comment and I would do everything I could do to tell everybody how the company was so careless and rude. this was my second time to book a tour with you guys but not anymore.
