| - I passed this place with my little sister who is visiting from NYC, she is a baked goods fanatic and I remembered seeing good reviews on this place here for cookies, so I decided to drop in and treat my sis to some cookies.
You get to choose two toppings, there is quite a large selection (we got semi sweet chocolate chip and toffee bit) and also you get to choose the type of dough you want (there are about 8 dough to choose from, we got oatmeal). You get 5 mini cookies for about $5 after tax, which are baked to order. The concept is very good, but neither my sister nor I were very impressed by the cookies, it was a bit too sweet and the cookies left an undesirable oily film in our mouth. The cookies were also quite small and not really worth $1 each.
I had also wanted to try their frozen yogurt but none was available when we were there since it was still cold I guess, I think in the late spring/summer they will serve organic frozen yogurt in 6 different flavors since there were 6 self serve machines.
They also serve a nice variety of teas.
The service was normal I guess, it was not amazing or bad.
Overall, I probably will not return for the cookies since I am not a fan, but I will probably return to try their organic frozen yogurt when it is available. I will update my review when that occurs.
