I've been an excellent client of this particular State Farm agency for 3 years. I'm giving them two stars because the staff is very friendly and does their best to accommodate accordingly.
If I were reviewing Brendon Walker himself, it would be 1 star.
Reason being; my requested roadside assistance didn't reflect in their system for years! For all three vehicles I've had covered through them...
So, the most recent vehicle I insured through them, I had a note put in the system documenting my roadside.
As luck would have it, I got a screw driver in my tire outside of Area 51. And when I called the third party agency who handles State Farm's roadside assistance I was informed that it did not reflect in my account.
8 hours and $700 dollars later, I was back on my road trip.
Upon contacting Brendon the following day to express my disappointment and see if a reimbursement claim could be submitted. He proceeded to inform me that it takes 30 days for roadside to be available (although it would have transferred had it been correctly applied to my previous vehicles), and that there was nothing he could do to correct his agencies mistake. Ultimately he raised his voice at me and was extremely unprofessional.
I've requested a transfer to another agent and have made a formal complaint to the corporate office.
I will not support a business representative of corporate company as reputable as State Farm is, who has the audacity to yell at woman who was stranded with a child on a highway because of an internal mistake. Buyer beware.
