  • I had the best experience on my flight to and from HNL! First off the customer service is top notch. From the gate agent to our phenomenal flight attendants, all exemplified the true meaning of service. We were treated extremely well during the whole flight. I can't stress that enough. Our flights were both right on time as well. I didn't want to pay for first class but I did pay a little more for the extra comfort seats. Well worth it! I know I'm short but I could stretch out my legs without them touching my bag under the seat in front of me. Sitting in 13A & B, my husband and I were very comfortable as the seating was arranged 2 - 4 - 2. So each side has two seats by themselves. Free tv, free movies, pillow & blanket, free full meal and outlets to plug in our accessories! Row 13 had the bulkhead behind us so no worry about the seat being pushed or kicked. Hawaiian Airlines gave us an incredible flying experience. Mahalo!
