  • The cleaners charge more than most cleaners. However, you would expect great quality service. Took a linen shirt for cleaning pointed out a spot for spot cleaning, and a pair of shorts. When I picked them up the shirt was more wrinkled then before I took it in. No creases, not a crisp look. The shorts were wrinkled along the legs. So I take both items back. I am told there will be no charge to re-do. No kidding. So I pick them up for the second time. The shirt still has the spot. I am told that they probably could get the spot out the 1st time. I am thinking if they could not press the shirt right, you think they tried to get the spot out. Poor quality of servicer for the amount they charge. I keep getting told they re did it for free.. What a joke. I was asking for at least a credit of half for my inconvenience. No show of faith, No way to keep customers happy. DO not go to this cleaner.
