  • Brought my sister-in-law to buy a vehicle from Chrysler's sales rep (Jordan, who was wonderful) and left about as pissed off as you can get. This was the easiest deal this dealer could've gotten. I already had the car, price and trade-in values before hand. I asked for what we wanted and after 15mins we agreed. It was her first purchase so I wanted to help her and I'm glad I did. Finally, into the finance office - I already knew this was going to be the shakiest part of the sales process, especially since that finance rep is trying to make that commission checkpoint by adding yet another dealer unnecessary add-on. After saying no a few times to their "extended warranty" I thought he was done trying to sell us on this service contract. He finally went ahead and started to type up the contract and print it out. During that process and excessive typing on his computer, he tried to make it seem like he was doing us a favor by "working" the deal for my sister-in-law and he was going to work hard to make sure the lender approves the deal... Come to find out that while he was assuring and making it seem like he was doing us a favor, he was actually trying to screw us. This finance rep had the audacity to change around the figures to make the monthly payment seem the same as what we agreed upon with the sales rep, BUT, here's the big BUT, increasing the term of the contract another 12 months and adding the $1500 service package we just denied for the last 15 mins...... UNF***king believable. Luckily I caught it while we were still at the dealership but this guy really tried to pull a fast one with a first time buyer. And apparently this wasn't the first time he has tried to sneak in the service package according to the sales rep. My sister-in-law went back in to resign the contract and he had the nerve to tell her "I thought that's what you had wanted." I would NEVER do business here again, and when I have time and find out the legal side of this, I will report him to the BBB and see what else we can do to protect future consumers. I did record this whole convo, but luckily I didn't have to go to that. Plus, I was pretty pissed off so I did not go back to the dealership. If it were my deal, I would've said never mind and gone to Airpark Chrysler, but it was my sister-in-laws and she didn't feel like driving all the way to Scottsdale after spending over an hour there. Btw - I can't believe this guy's shady tactics are known and yet he still is employed there. That tells you a lot about this place.
