I purchased an expensive maintnance plan for my unit after I had a regular service performed as the tech sold me on the regular maintenance that comes with it plus the priority service appointments if you ever have an emergency. Well tonight I have an emergency as my unit is blowing hot air. Upon calling to request a tech I'm told that they can't service me tonight. I asked about the fact I had a paid service plan on the units and it didn't give me any sort of priority.
So long story short is George Brazil will tell you whatever you want to here to get your money, but doesn't really give a crap about you. Customer service at it's finest.
