| - Nice hotel, but a lot of parts look visibly old or run down. Other parts were nicely maintained. Pools are a good size and there's lots of tanning spaces, not much shade unless you rent a bed or cabana. The casino there is nice as well as the surrounding mall there is lots of stores and restaurants. We booked three rooms, one was upgraded free of charge to the penthouse floor (51st) our room was on the 50th which was extra spacious. Double sinks, bigger bathroom, and a bigger seating area. The third room was supposed to be a a smoking room but due to lack of availability they didn't have one til the next day. This room was on the 38th floor originally and the hallways and rooms on this floor are beautiful, very modern and new looking, I liked it better than the 50th room even though it was a lot bigger, the 38th looked much better. We had to move rooms the next day as well because our room on the 50th smelled like weed and got a whole lot worse the next day which was very unpleasant and made all our clothes smell. Eventually all three rooms were moved to the 51st floor free of charge and free of hassle which was very convenient for us. Our booking came with free Starbucks for breakfast (9$ each person in the room) and you can choose whatever you wanted to order, this was great. It also came with free flow rider tickets for each person which was really fun, but be sure to book in advance because the spots fill up pretty quickly. We rented a cabana which was much cheaper at the kid pool instead of the adult pool, and almost the exact same. Anything you order at the hotel (cabana, room service, pool service) has an 18% service fee or gratuity fee already charged and also has a second line to add gratuity as well. When we asked about this I was told that the 18% gets split amongst that team of people and the second gratuity line you can add is to tip your specific server directly. Beds in the room were very comfortable, rooms clean, bathrooms have tv's which is nice, bathtubs were very deep and relaxing, fridge and tv was a good size. We only had one issue with our shower not turning on, maintenance took about 40 mins to get to the room and another 15-20 to fix it. The bathroom smelled funky after because the mould behind the shower handle was exposed, they sent housekeeping to come replace all our towels and get rid of the smell which took another 30 mins. Otherwise everything else was good. Front desk was very helpful and willing to solve our issues with ease. Rooms also had a doorbell and a do not disturb setting on the higher floors which I thought was really cool.
