  • Stay away from their grooming! After years of bringing my dogs here for grooming we brought them in for an unscheduled nail grind. They took them to a table with a new groomer and new manager. One of my dogs was tail between the legs scared, which I've never seen, and yelping/trying to get away from the new groomer. One of the groomers that's been there a while took over and my dog calmed down. The new manager then came over and informed me that since my dog was "a bad dog" she wouldn't normally be allowed back, but since she behaved for the one groomer she'd make an exception so long as we asked for her. My dogs have gone there for three years, we're always given good pawgress reports. When we entered several of the groomers exclaimed their love for our dogs and came to see them. Because one manager called my dog bad after one encounter where she was terrified of a new groomer they will never see my dogs again. I recommend you do the same.
