  • I had a recent recall that needed to be addressed and scheduled my appointment via the Mopar website which was a convenient method! Once I arrived Mr. Nick Thomas took care of me from the get go. On a recall that typically can only get done in the AM hours, he was able to maneuver to have my car serviced in the PM hours. I was then shuttled to my home, which is a great and convenient service. The older gentlemen took care of me! The great thing is that they got my car serviced in 4 hours, which is unbelievable timing for any kind of service that is taken to a dealership. I will be returning for other services indeed! Thank you.
