Absolutely terrible customer service. Bell Honda reserved a car for me, I gave them my credit card for deposit only and was informed it would be a pending charge. I was reassured I would ONLY see a pending charge it would not go all the way through as a charge.Bell Honda was to cover the rental in full so when all is said and done there would be no charges to my card. I check today and notice the full charge for the rental (all 3 days in full). Called them and was told this was charged as a sale "on accident" and they are waiting for payment from Honda to refund. Being that it was AN ACCIDENT I expect this to be resolved immediately. The rep told me they won't refund until they receive payment from Honda.. so my only did they fraudulently charge my card WHEN YOU HAVE AUTHORIZATION FROM HONDA .. the rep very rudely responded "actually you did authorize when you signed the forms". RIGHT and when I walked out of your office I was verbally told there would be no Charges to my card! Shit customer service- I will never return. You should be able to fix your own damn mistake and not use customers signatures as leverage.
