  • Ok so before moving here I read the comments and honestly I was nervous but Steve and Kat were so welcoming and nice I applied and have lived here for a year and a half now I love that a lot has changed. I love that I'm able to call and maintenance always comes and fixes the problem and they're all so nice. I love that the pool is open 24/7 everyone is professional and I've never encountered drama or any problems here. Diamond sands has really improved from what I've been experiencing.
