  • After years of being in Las Vegas, I am still a loyal customer to Findlay Toyota! The staff in every department is wonderful. Just got our new minivan in January, it was a great experience, as usual. From the moment I walked in to find my regular customer rep to signing the paperwork, everything was beyond what I expected! They listened to what I wanted, and showed me only the cars that matched my needs, I wasn't pressured at all. They know me well, and I don't enjoy the "up-selling" thing that most sales people will do. I happily found my new vehicle, they got me a great finance deal, and I was ready to drive off with what I wanted and not what they told me I needed. ***update*** Two days later, I saw a scratch on the tinting that I didn't realize was there on the day I made my purchase. I called my sales rep and without a second thought, he had me bring in the car and they fix the issue on the spot. Can't say more about their service!
