I waited 25 minutes waiting to ask about cellphone plans. The woman at the counter was busy with a customer but didn't bother to acknowledge my presence or even look up at me. 25 minutes later, she finally asks if I need anything, and I told her I was trying to ask about more information about cell phones. She tells me to hold on and wait for a different associate.
Finally the 2nd associate came. He was helpful in answering my questions but wasn't really able to give me more information besides a booklet on different plans you can get at Best Buy. I'm not really upset with him as much as I am about the first woman and the several Best Buy associates in different areas who were just ignored me whilst I was in a sea of Android phones.
They have the same starter kit as T-Mobile does, but they don't have various sizes of SIM cards and also the starter kit is $5 more expensive than if I just went to T-Mobile myself.
I haven't been to the Mayfield Best Buy in ages...and now I remember why. I've been to other Best Buys before (Chapel HIll, other Cleveland area Best Buys), but this probably was my lest favorite experience.
