  • I stopped in on a friday to get my car checked out. They told me it might take a while to get to me, but made an appointment to stop by at 9am the next monday. I pulled in on monday @ 9am as scheduled & my service attendant not only recognized me, but as he was writing me up, I noticed that the note he made on friday, along with my business card was right there in front of him plastered up on his window. while I was waiting for my car, he stopped by to give me a heads up as to when my car would be ready. not only did they take care of my repair issues in a timely manner, they also ran my car thru the car wash! going the extra mile makes me look forward to the next time I need service. even the dealer that sold me the car were not equipped to do that. I asked him how much it would cost to rotate my tires & he quoted me a price, but then said "you know what, I will try to work it in to your next service, no charge" I highly recommend taking your car there for service & will go there 1st when it comes to a trade-in for a newer vehicle. love my honda, love the service dept!
