  • I have been coming here for a few years. Sam used to cut my hair....she was great. Then Matt who is also great! Last time I was there to trim my bangs, I was told they were busy and to come back in 20 minutes. Ok no problem I understand. I came back was told to wait then said to sit and they were almost ready. Sat another 30 minutes. I saw stylists just walking around and talking. Not impressed. Nothing was said, I just sat there not knowing when my turn was. It was a trim for my bangs not a cut. The blonde girl at the front wasn't welcoming either. Needless to say I left and won't be returning. I come out of my way to get my hair cut and after this experience, I think I will go where I'm welcome. Thanks for the few good years of hair cuts though.
