  • I'm so happy I went here! I first went to autozone on Horne and southern and the employee told me that my battery warranty was up and my battery was bad. I was prepared to do this but they said they were only taking cash as their system was down. So I got a jump start from another customer and drove to this gilbert road store. Mike Anderson helped me and went above and beyond my expectations! He quickly informed me that it was still under their warranty and that it tested as bad battery. He then promptly replaced with new battery free of charge. He was a refreshing pleasure to work with. I will be back to this auto zone for all my car needs! And you, Auto Zone management should give Mike a raise!
