  • I just picked up a certified parcel from here. Absolutely awful service! There was no one in line and two associates. One guy was helping someone and the old grumpy Asian woman with no name badge on ignored me for a while. Finally she called upon 'the next person in line' without greeting me or even looking up. She clearly hates her job. She got irritated with me because HER pen didn't work and I asked for one that did in order to sign the card necessary for me to receive my parcel. There were signs everywhere requesting customers to ask to speak with a manager if they aren't greeted or treated nicely or offered stamps and so on... what a joke. The manager was the guys standing next to her helping the other customer who clearly doesn't care how awful his associates are to customers. I've been to this post office a few times and my experience is always this way... which is why I rarely give my business to USPS. This post office needs to be shut down. My advice... if you need to go to the post office... stay far away from this one. Life is too short to be treated rudely by disgruntled associates.
