  • Went for lunch mid-week. Ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and a soup. Was told that the burger would take 15 minutes and that I would get my soup first, no problem! I waited 30 minutes. No soup, no burger. I told the cashier I had to go and to give me a refund. She give me an attitude and said I told you it would be 15 minutes. It took another 10 minutes for a manager to give me my refund. I will never eat here again!
