The meadows mall Lids locker room #8077 in Las Vegas has the worst customer service ever! I was there today and charged twice for a lids renewal. Renee, the store manager, shooed me away and told me that was a customer service issue when I came back to resolve my issue. I told her I just want a refund. She walked away and ignored me. I asked aren't you going to help me. "Get in line" was her response. I told her there are three registers and more than enough people to help me. I already waited 15 minutes the first time because Renee refused to open another register. She argued with me until another manager came to help me. This manager was great. While the second manager helped me renee continued to talk about me to other guests!! I'm appalled..... I am rethinking my loyalties to Lids. I can go to fans or order from some where on line. My time, money and referrals are something I value too bad Lids locker room doesn't value me as a loyal customer. I use yelp for everything and I feel bad this is my first review but this was the worst experience I have had shopping
