  • Terrible BS. The package have been received by my local FedEx location for 4 days and it haven't been delivered. Last Friday it is out for delivery and at 12pm it said customer not available. On Saturday it said that again at 3 pm. On Monday, it is out for delivery at 7:30 am and I have been waiting till 7pm and it is still not delivered. And you know what, I have been at home for 3 whole days and nobody knocked my door or ring my bell. This reminds me couple weeks ago I was at home and heard the ring bell. And I was running downstairs to open the door in no more than 10 seconds. Obviously, the driver has gone away and left my package at the front door which needs my signature. Jesus Christ! I don't understand! Worst service I have ever seen in my life.
